Shipping & Delivery
Orders received online are shipped within 1-2 business days unless a later ship date is specified. RUSH orders and same day delivery must be arranged by calling The Perfect Gift during hours of operation: Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time. Hand deliveries are made from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We do not guarantee a delivery time. Pick up can be arranged in advance in our Manhattan showroom. During the Holiday Season and for special events please place your orders early to ensure prompt delivery.
Local Hand Delivery Information
We hand deliver in LONDON from our warehouse All other delivers will be shipped next business day by our contracted courier service or UPS. We require a telephone# for all recipients. Packages going to commercial locations must include suite# and floor#. Some buildings will not permit messengers from going upstairs without permission. Many hotels and office buildings have Message Centers, Package Rooms or Security Desks. We will obtain a valid signature for all deliveries;
HOWEVER, our compony is not responsible for unclaimed items. We ship nationwide via a UPS. Please call us for delivery cost as it varies to upon destination and dimensions and weight of package.

Delivery to Hospitals:
When placing an order for delivery to a patient in the hospital please make sure that you include as much information about as possible. Some hospitals will not accept delivery to areas such as Intensive Care Units.
Proper Delivery Address:
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, PHONE # AND INFORMATION SUCH AS APT/LOT # IF REQUIRED; ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY AN INCORRECT/MISSING DELIVERY ADDRESS INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN EXTRA FEES AND OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER!!

Sorry we DO NOT ship to international locations or to P.O. boxes.
Unopened baskets may be returned (minus a 20% restocking fee) however any products that have been opened or tampered with cannot be refunded due to the nature of food items.
Delivery/shipping and handling fees are also nonrefundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.
All merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good condition (as delivered). No credit can be issued until we have received the returned merchandise.
Damaged Product Policy
We take great care in packaging our baskets and boxes, therefore any damaged shipments or problems with any gift must be reported to us immediately and then a claim will be filed with the carrier that delivered your gift.
Be sure to keep all packaging as it will be requested by carrier in order to insure a replacement.
We will make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure your satisfaction.
5. Keep the fruits away from drafts and air-conditioning If you feel the fruits have not lasted for at least three days let us know within this time by calling +44 208 166 83 20. Once we are confident that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happy replace the fruits. Please note that we may firstly request a photo of the fruits and can only replace them if we are able to pick up the old fruits at the same time as we deliver the replacements.

Orders cancelled outside of 24 hours of the requested delivery time will incur a 25% administration charge. We do not offer refunds on orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery date. Refunds can only be made back the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Please note that if a security person is obliged to take the fruits on the recipients behalf, we cannot be made accountable for the fruits from this point on.
